CLEARWATER, FL – February, 2026 – Actron Engineering , a premier provider of precision machining and sheet metal fabrication for the aerospace and defense sectors, is proud to announce the transition to a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Clearwater, Florida. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth, allowing Actron to consolidate its operations from five separate buildings into a single, unified 100,000+ square foot campus. The relocation is a direct response to the company's commitment to Meeting the Mission Through Experience and Capabilities. By bringing all departments—including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly—under one roof, Actron will significantly enhance workflow efficiency, reduce internal logistics lead times, and foster greater cross-functional collaboration. “Consolidating our five separate locations into this single centralized hub is a game-changer for our customers and our team,” said John Staszewski, President and CEO of Actron Engineering. “This facility isn’t just about more space; it’s about optimizing our integrated manufacturing capabilities to better serve the mission-critical needs of our aerospace and defense partners.” The new facility is strategically located near the recently acquired Crabil Manufacturing, a specialist in high-precision CNC solutions. The expansive footprint of the new Clearwater site was specifically chosen to provide the capacity needed to eventually incorporate Crabil’s operations and support continued growth. The transition to the new facility is currently underway, with minimal disruption to production schedules expected. The move represents a major investment and underscores Actron’s long-term vision of scalable, high-tech manufacturing excellence. CLEARWATER, FL – December, 2025 – Actron Engineering, a leader in high-precision manufacturing solutions, is proud to announce a significant expansion of its production facility through the acquisition of 14 new high-performance machines scheduled for installation throughout 2025. This strategic investment is designed to meet the growing demand for complex components in the aerospace, defense, and medical industries while drastically reducing lead times through advanced automation. The 2025 expansion focuses on four core pillars of manufacturing excellence: Automation, Large-Scale Machining, High-Precision 5-Axis Milling, and Precision Forming. Unlocking Production with Horizontal FMS At the heart of this expansion is the introduction of the Toyoda FH450S Horizontal Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS). Featuring an 8-pallet pool, this system enables "lights-out" manufacturing, allowing Actron to operate continuously without manual intervention. This is complemented by two Toyoda FH5000S Horizontal Twin Pallet Machines, which provide the rigidity and speed required for high-volume production of mission-critical parts. Elevating Complexity with 5-Axis Technology To address the increasing complexity of modern engineering designs, Actron is adding three new 5-axis machining centers: One Haas UMC-750: Optimized for high-speed, multi-sided machining. One Haas UMC-1250: A large-capacity 5-axis powerhouse capable of handling substantial workpieces that require intricate geometric tolerances. Expanded Vertical Milling and Precision Forming The expansion also reinforces Actron’s core milling capabilities and sheet metal department: Five Haas VF-2SS Super-Speed Verticals: Ideal for rapid cycles and high-accuracy small parts. One Haas VF-9 Vertical: Providing the large-envelope capacity needed for oversized structural components. One Haas VF-4 Vertical: High-performance, efficient, and cost-effective choice for high-speed production of smaller, high-precision parts. One Amada HRB1303-M15 Press Brake: A state-of-the-art bending solution that ensures precision accuracy for complex sheet metal fabrication. "This 2025 equipment installation represents the commitment we have to our customers’ needs now and into the future," said John Staszewski, President & CEO of Actron Engineering. "By integrating the Toyoda FMS and expanding our Haas 5-axis fleet, we aren't just adding machines—we are adding the ability to solve more complex challenges for our customers, allowing us to Meet the Mission with Experience and Capabilities." The new equipment will be integrated into the existing Actron Engineering facility, supported by the company’s robust quality management systems and expert engineering team. CLEARWATER, FL – October, 2025 – Actron Engineering , a leading provider of high-precision manufacturing for the Aerospace and Defense sectors, is proud to announce the addition of the Haas HL-50E Laser Engraving System to its facility. This investment marks a strategic expansion of Actron’s finishing and compliance capabilities, ensuring the highest standards of permanent part identification and serialization. In the Aerospace and Defense industries, part traceability is paramount. The Haas HL-50E allows Actron to provide permanent, high-resolution marking on a vast array of materials, including hardened steels, titanium, and anodized aluminum, without compromising the structural integrity of the component. Precision Marking for Mission-Critical Compliance The HL-50E system enables Actron to meet stringent Department of Defense (DoD) requirements, including Unique Identification (UID) marking and high-density 2D barcodes. This ensures that every flight-critical component can be tracked throughout its entire lifecycle, from the assembly floor to the field. "The addition of the Haas HL-50E is a direct investment in the reliability and transparency our customers demand," said John Staszewski, President & CEO of Actron Engineering. "By bringing high-speed, precision laser engraving in-house, we are streamlining our production timeline and ensuring every part leaves our facility with the exact specifications required. We remain committed to Meeting the Mission through Experience and Capabilities." Key Advantages of the Haas HL-50E Integration: High-Resolution Traceability: Crisp, permanent engraving of serial numbers, logos, and complex data matrices. Material Versatility: Capability to mark delicate aerospace components and rugged defense hardware alike. Enhanced Lead Times: Eliminates the need for third-party marking services, allowing for faster delivery of finished assemblies. Non-Destructive Identification: Precision laser technology ensures clear marking without the mechanical stress of traditional stamping. The integration of the HL-50E Laser Engraver is the latest step in Actron Engineering’s 2025 growth initiative, further solidifying its role as a comprehensive, single-source manufacturing partner.
