High Speed Punching

For components requiring high-volume hole patterns, louvers, or specialized embossments, our CNC punching capabilities offer an efficient and cost-effective solution. Our turret punch presses are equipped with a wide array of tooling to perform multiple operations in a single setup. This process is ideal for creating complex ventilation patterns and mounting features in electronic enclosures, providing the speed of automation without compromising the precision required for aerospace and defense-grade hardware.



Certified Welding

Actron’s Nadcap-accredited welding department is staffed with experienced technicians for TIG and MIG welding processes. We specialize in working with materials where thermal management and structural strength are paramount. Our team is experienced in creating vacuum-tight seals and high-strength bonds for mission-critical housings and components.  Every weld is executed with a focus on both structural integrity and aesthetic consistency, ensuring your components perform reliably under extreme stress and vibration.



Deburring

The final stage of our fabrication process focuses on safety, fit, and finish. Our comprehensive deburring services remove all sharp edges and surface imperfections, preparing components for secondary coatings or final assembly.
